Details About E-Gift Card
The E-Gift Card is a digital code with a preloaded balance for jellycomb.com. When the gift card is purchased/issued, the customer receives an email that contains a unique code that can be saved to Apple Wallet or used directly at checkout to redeem its value.
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order to process the order. If there's a remaining balance, the code can be used on the next order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the remaining value before placing the order.
Note:
- E-Gift card code expires 3 years after purchase.
- E-Gift card balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If a canceled order is paid fully /partially with E-gift card, the portion paid by the gift card will be refunded to the E-gift card balance.
- E-Gift card cannot be refunded to anyone other than the original purchaser.
